Dear Sir or Madam

Hi! Please help! My laptop has been upgraded from Windows
98 to 2000, it used to play DVD movies before the upgrad.
But it's not working now. I wonder if I need to install
some other utility to work with Win2000. Please advice,
thanks!

I've contacted the manufacturer of my laptop, they replied
that there's no DVD-ROM drive comes with the laptop. But
my laptop can actually play DVD movies before the upgrade.
Please advice if I can download some software in order to
play DVD movies. Thanks!

You can email me directly to (e-mail address removed) Thank you
very much for your time and I look forward to hearing from
you soon! THANKS!

Best regards

Firsly, identify graphics chipset and go to that
manufacturer's web site and download DVD decoder/player
software from there. could also be part of driver update
for your chipset as the default drivers that come with
Win2000 do not support all the features of a given chipset.

good luck
