I've been having problems with my Toshiba L40-17m and have taken it to be repaired. I had a phone call from PC World telling me they had backed up all my data but to restore it to factory settings they need my recovery disk. I don't remember receiving one of these, but I probably did and have put it somewhere which has completely escaped my memory. Does anybody have any idea of where I can buy a another disk??? Please!!!
