hey i recently purchased a copy of vista home premium to upgrade from xp. I
upgraded successfully. heres the problem, my pc now had crashed so i
reinstalled xp then upgraded to vista. but now my activation period has ended
because it tells me that the key is already in use on another pc which was my
pc before it crashed. how can i solve this problem do i have to buy another
version of vista or can i get anthr product key.

Hi,

Simply use the phone activation method, the automated version only works the
first time through. Once on the phone, if keying in the code doesn't work,
just hold the line for a real, live person who will assist you in
reactivating the installation. There is no need to purchase another license.
