Product Key

i recenlty had to recover my toshiba notebook. i have the COA for Miscrosoft
office 2003. when i enter the number it says invalid product key. how can
this be? this is the COA that cme with my computer. What do i do?

Microsoft Office has its own COA and it is not the same as the XP COA.
These are two different products. Therefore, you must have a second COA
somewhere (maybe on the under-side of the notebook.)

I tried the product id on the bottom of the notebook and it gave me the same
error message.
