Product key for activation

I've got 2 product key for my windows Vista, from DVD (upgrade) also from MAK
product key. both of product key didn't work for clean installation. how do
I utilize those of product key ? My actions :
1. Install Windows Vista Ultimate (upgrade version) with clean installation,
product key did'nt work.
2. Install Windows Vista Ultimate with clean installation, product key did't
work also.
Therefore how to do use all my product keys ?

You need the Enterprise media or pick the Business edition from the retail
media. MAKs only work for Business or Enterprise editions, not Ultimate.

The Enterprise MAK will not work for Business and vice versa.
