hi
i have had to do a full recovery because of windows error message, however i
had to buy the recovery and installation cd's as they did not come with my
computer. When i key in product key it does not accept it, where do i go from
here? i am using windows xp home edition ( i think) a friend suggested my cd
may be for professional or have something to do with the service pack, this
is where i became totally lost and decided to ask you guys. please please
help as i am getting confused with; it could be this, or it may be that
guesses

Contact vendor tech support for your PC. The key should work with the
CD's they sent you.
