I don't really have an answer for you ... this is a peer support newsgroup,
meaning that for the most part it's users helping one another. Strictly
speaking, Producer is a separate product from PowerPoint, with its own
newsgroup.

You might want to see if any the links/phone numbers here might help:

Contact Microsoft - Support, Sales, Replacement Media, etc.

try microsoft.public.producer

To tell you the truth, I didn't even realize you could order CDs for
Producer. I do know you can dowload it from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...D5-FC75-4F99-94BC-784919468E73&displaylang=en
(PPT 2003) and
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...65-352D-4968-9B30-361FA2874FF8&displaylang=EN
(PPT 2002, aka PPT XP).

The 2003 download is 47MB, though, so if that's why you requested CDs, I
can certainly understand why.

Steve's given you the info to call MS -- that's probably what I'd do,
although I'm sorry to hear you'd have to resort to that.

Just for info sake -- the CD contains white papers, templates, etc. besides
just the program.
