Producer synch problems

Luis

I recently synchronized slides with audio but when I wanted to preview the
presentation the slides did not appear but the audio was just fine. During
the synch process I could not see the slides but I did not know this would
also happen when the project was finalized. If anyone can help I would
appreciate it very much

Luis,

My motto is - 'the less you give powerpoint to do the better'

I'm guessing that either your 'audio' or your 'pictures' have too much
bloat.

e.g. your audio is the highest quality possible (that's a lot of data to
process)
or
your pictures are 8 megapixel (and the like) (that's a load more data to
process)

Why are my PowerPoint files so big? What can I do about it?

thanks TAJ Simmons,

I will try to remove and modify the few images I have. I have always worked
with plain backgrounds and few lines in PPT, since it is simply nicer and
more practical to present something simple rather than having many great
colors and backgrounds. My presentation was uploaded fine, but when I wanted
to synch it with the audio, there was a debug message for two different types
of errors (I do not know what the debug means or does), and the slides never
showed up on the screen: when I finished the presentation preview did not
show the images either. I am not sure if this is a matter of file size, but
if it is not, what can I be doing wrong with the program?
