Producer Problem: Run Time Error gNavLoaded Undefined

PHello

I am trying to create a simple Producer project using a PPT deck and a song
in MP3 format. I get the following error.

Runtime Error: gNavLoaded undefined

Can anyone help me? I am using PPT 2003 and of course Producer 2003.

When do you get this error?
 
Hi Brian,

I run the setup wizard and it allows me to inmprot the PPT and Mp3 files.
Then when I run the thing where I will sync up the slides to the music, I get
the error as soon as I click on "Next slide." Also, the image of the first
slide always stays on the screen and I never see any of the others.

I have never used the New Presentation wizard so I don't know if it is a
factor in your problem. I know that non windows media files cause various
issues in Producer but again I don't know if the mp3 file is a factor.

What happens if you avoid the wizard, just import the mp3, ppt files and
add them to the timeline?
