Producer presentation not appearing correctly online

I am using PPT03 and Producer to take a presentation from my school's
counseling office and post it on the web. There is only an audio track (from
sound files embedded in the presentation) and the slides.

I can Publish and view the presentation just fine, but when I transfer all
the files to the web (maintaining the same folder structure), the appearance
changes drastically - I get a visualization (instead of and with no control
interface) for the audio, the slides are shrunk, the background of the page
is only gray (the template is gone), and there is no table of contents. The
preload page appears just fine.

How did you copy the presentation to the website? Using FTP?
