Produce a report from a query based on a table

Hi,

Probably not a good subject line but.....

I have create a report that has data sourced from a query. I can create a
table (Tbl_Dept_Nos) that produces a summary list of department numbers. I
can create a form (frm_Report_Generator) with a button (Btn_Create_Report) on
it but the help I'm after is for the code to look in the table, work through
the list and produce a 'print file' of the report. There are 80 departments
therefore I'm expecting 80 files.

Maybe I am dense but why would you want 80 files?

We have 80 recipients (1 per department). I need to create a print file for
each. I've tried to print the entire report in one job but after 10 minutes
of the houir glass appearing I decided this was not the way to go. Besides
that it would require human intervention to split the report and distribute
it.

By doing it this way I can product the print files and email the recipients
to notify them the files are ready.

Thanks
