Hi Guys.
Could anybody please let me know how or where to find the information about my processor speed.
Im selling a rather prehistoric beast with a Pentium 11 processor.

I really doubt it is worth selling. The packaging will be worth more than the computer. But you can try.

Thanks for the replies. You know there is allways someone who will part with their cash if they think it's a bargain. Sooner try and get some brass before tossing it in the skip.
 
thats true, theres a small shop that sell's Pc's not far from me and they still have the ODD PII system in the window

i used a PII 450 for about 8 years, it was a great machine and its still running although you cant get more than one game on the massive 10GB of hard drive space

If you found this chip encased in amber, then scientists have discovered a way of cloning it to recreate what processors used to actually look and work like. It's also a lot safer than cloning dinosaurs, as the chip is so slow it can't chase after you even if your crawling:D

I would just keep it somewhere - I guarantee that in a few years it will become collectable and probably worth something.:thumb:
