I would like to upgrade my AMD Athlon Socket A 900MHz CPU on my ASUS
A7v133 motherboard to the AMD Athlon Socket A 1.33GHz 266MHz FSB CPU.
Will the A7V133 motherboard be able to handle this CPU? Also if so,
what is the maximum CPU this motherboard can handle without
overclocking?

Depends on the A7V133 version, like 1.04, 1.05 and 1.05. (note the extra
dot) and the Bios revision.
