( Processor Fan not on )

The computer's processor fan isnt on which is making the
computer over-heat which is then making it very slow and
reboot itself.

Please help.
 
Replace fan!

(Or check that its power cord is attached to the right place on
motherboard,usually marked CPU_FAN, check manual..)

Not only is it causing reboots, you're also probably shortening the life
and/or stability of the processor. You need to either replace the fan if
it's bad, or find out why it's not working. It could be unplugged, a bad
connection, etc.
