Hi all,
I want to confirm my new understanding of how email Rules
work.
I'm trying to set up a series of rules that says
(essentially):
- If A is true, then move the email to folder A.
- (otherwise) Move the item to folder B.
But I'm ending up with emails going to BOTH folders A and
B, even though A is true. I was thinking that since the
item was already "moved" out of the inbox by the first
rule, I wouldn't expect the second rule to fire for that
item. But it is.
Is this expected behavior? (I've confirmed that I
haven't told it to Copy.)
