how would i find out what the microsoft supported
processes and their decriptions.this way i know what to
turn off and what to keep so that i can free up some ram
when needed.

Try start run msconfig processes tab hid e all microsoft
processes. That will show the ones that aren't installed
by microsoft and likely can be removed or stopped if you
are already running
