processes in task manager

I am having problems getting rid of cy32.exe not only
running in task manager but in my start up menu as well.
It keeps putting its own check in there even if I take it
out. My anti virus doesn't work right and either does my
start up menu. They both just disappear after about 5
seconds. When I end process in task manager it just
reappears and starts again. Is there a way to get rid of
this. Thanks
 
Download and run spybot and adaware (can find them by
searching google or cnet.com).
Also go online to norton or mcafee website and do the
online virus scan.
You seem to have some sort of virus or spyware that is
causing this.

You may have a virus. I searched cy.32 in Google and
wound up at:
http://www.nibbleguru.com/probs/100/246

They didn't mention cy.32 right away - but it came in
about one third of the way through.
