Process Tab (GONE) in task manager

Hello All,
does anybody know why I can't see the process tab or any tab when I
launch the task manager by pressing CTRL + ALT + DEL?

what virus/malware is this and how do I clean it?

Are you running Windows XP? I just saw something yesterday about the
tab "windows" getting mistakenly minimized. There should be something
showing in Task Manager (a small grey area, or the like) that you can
double click on to Open the minimized windows.
