Probs with the web info link

when i click on the "Learn about this hook" link on the Advance Tools\ Sys.
Explor.\Shell Ex. Hook page the info web page comes up but contains no text
within it. The back button does nothing and the print one gives only a crappy
link that doesn't work --

I'm afraid that's part of the nature of a beta--some things just don't work
right or are not populated as you'd hope. FWIW, everyone sees this--it
isn't a defect in your install or version.
