Problen installing Intellipoint software

I cannot get the Intellipoint 4.1 software to install - XP keeps insisting
that I need to uninstall the old Logitech stuff. I have run the uninstall
several times and it keeps rebooting and giving the same message. I have
also removed all Logitech folders and files.

What is the brand and model of your mouse
If it is a new MS mouse, you should install Intellipoint 5.0 or later
