I just purchased a dell computer and have a cable modem.
As the administrator, I can click on internet explorer
and access the internet. All other account on my
computer (Wife and kids) use to be able to do the same,
but now when they click on internet explorer they get a
pop up message that reads "internet explorer has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience." and asks if you want to send an
error message to microsoft. I have but have received no
reply and am clueless.
