Why does my comp. turns off itself 2 sec. after i turn it on?

I turn it on, it seems that bootup is going normaly, and then it just shuts
down, and if i try to turn it on again i can't until i turn off and then on
the power swich in my room?!

One possibility is that while booting, the cpu is overheating. Check if the
cpu fan is spining normally and if the cooler is well adjusted to the cpu
(check also thermal paste).
Another possibility is a psu problem. If you didn't add any hardware to your
PC, uor psu could be failing and you should replace it. If you added some
hardware or changed some power requiring components (VGA card), the psu
could be insufficient (especially if it's lower than 350W) and should be
replaced by a more powerful model.
If none of the solutions above solve the problem, the motherboard could be
defective.

So for those 2 seconds, you saw the video bios or POST screens on
the monitor?

If so, it might be an overheating problem, that the CPU heatsink
isn't properly installed and/or making good contact with CPU. If
that ISN'T the problem, suspect a power short somewhere, examine
cables and pull out non-essential parts. If you have a
multimeter, monitor voltages on the more critical rails like 12V,
5V, 3V.
