Problems

Can not access internet explorer, have DSL line, I keep
getting error message. I managed to get on line with MSN
but now I cannot turn off computer normal. I have to go
to task bar and choose user logoff and then go close
computer. Also, I have several programs that I don't use
and I can not delete them using change/remove. Help!!!
 
What is the error message that pops up and what exactly
are you doing at the time it pops up? Wayne B.
