an anyone tell me how to improve my 2000. it keeps giving
me a message microsoft internet explorer is having a
problem and will be shutting down also everthing u are
doing will be lost. It also freezes page. any help will be
greatly welcome. It also ask that we send error to
microsoft. this been going on over two week and I have not
heard from Microsoft yet.

First thing to try is to do a full virus and parasite scan on you computer
with latest definitions. Do the parasite scan first with AdAware and be sure
to update it's definitions before you scan. Parasites often interfere with
proper operation of Internet Explorer. Also check Add and Remove Programs to
make sure no unwanted programs have been installed on your computer. You
will be given the opportunity to do that after you start it. If the problem
still persists you may want to reinstall Internet Explorer. Make sure you
