Hi,
I am a Windows Sys Admin and I am going to start working from home.
At home I have Windows XP Pro that is in a workgroup. I login to my PC and
then dialin to a secure VPN. I'm having problems getting alot of my tools to
work from home. Two of the big ones are AD users and computers and computer
management. Windows seems to pass whatever you login as as the
authenication, like in IIS when it passes your credentials through IE. So
everytime I try to manage a computer or connect to a domain in AD it gives me
an access denied because it is passing my home login account. I'm sure I'm
not the only one working from home, is there anyway to work arround this. I
need to access AD, Computer Management, and Hyena through LDAP. I couldn't
find any place to stage my work login credentials and I couldn't think of or
find any work arrounds. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
