That sounds like a problem commonly encountered with cheap media 'backup' DVD's. What, exactly, are you watching when the problem occurs? Does MP9 play official retail DVD's OK?

You could also try a DVD cleaning disc in your drive to clean the lens. They're about 7 or 8 quid available from Maplins and other outlets.

Thanks For The Reply What I Watch Is Things Like Some Mad Tv Skits And Other Comedy Skits>i Watched Somemore Today And They Did Not Cut Out>the Older Ones Did>see I Used To Have Windows Me But I Loaded Xp<with Me I Could Watch Them Fine But Know They Cut Out Like I Have Said Before

Try using a different media player like either, power dvd or probably one of the best DivX or you could even try on Quicktime media player.

DivX and Quicktime are both freeware, im not sure about power dvd though.

Ah, so these are media files saved to hard disk when you were using ME?

They should play OK, odd that they don't. As reef says, try some different playback software. If you have Nero, there's a half decent media player bundled with that, and Winamp (a freebie) plays movie files as well. And you have to pay for Power DVD & WinDVD, they ain't free.

What's the file extension on those btw?

Thanks, I have started using Power DVD and its playing the file fine thanks for helping me guys. I would have never figured it out.:D
