Problems with Windows Explorer and SP1

Installing Service Pack One causes some kind of problem resulting in Windows Explorer "locking up" whenever I use right mouse button to enable pull down menus or delete files. Have tried uninstalling SP1 and reinstalling - no luck.
 
Have you tried System Restore ? Jym
