Problems with widows XP

Hi,
I loaded windows XP Pro from the original disk on my
computer and my wife's. Now she is having trouble getting
in at all. A message comes up that says, "this product
has been used too many times" and she can't do anything.
How can she uninstall and reinstall or whatever? Please
help. Thanks!
