I am trying to reach a customer's website from the office & either I will
get the "Page cannot be displayed" error message, or only the text will show
up-after quite a while, & none of the graphics will come up, only the red
"X", like a broken link. It will come up fine from home & I am using Road
Runner cable access both at home & the office. I can ping it with no
problems. I get the same results if I put the IP address in the address bar.
All other websites can be accessed fine from the office.
What could be causing this?

Empty the browser's cache
Set the cache size to the minimum (1 meg)
Set "Everyvisit to the page"

DNS can be an issue to, but I'm not going there unless I have to.

On my laptop, I can get to the site fine from home, but at the office I have
the problem.
I can ping by name (from the office or home) & get good responses.

I don't know anything about your office's network.
