When I go to http://www.cboe.com/tradtool/webcast.aspx my browser locks,
shuts down or gives me an error that says "Sorry for the inconvienence, your
browser must shutdown". I have called and eliminated the website, my router
and my isp. I get the same response on two different computers, both
completely up to date and one rebuilt last week. I can watch streaming video
from another source such as abc.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no problem as far as I can see. I'm checking out the site as I
type this. Video and audio streaming perfectly. You could have a problem
with your firewall setup. Make sure you have ALL the current updates to XP
installed. The same goes for your firewall and other security software.
