I'm having trouble saving my videos to my computer, CD's, my DV camera, and more. MM2 says I have source files that cannot be located. Is there any way to get around this without checking all of the sources for everyone of these clips, because I have a substantual amount of clips. I would really like some help.

Scott,

Missing source files would show a big red X on the thumbnail image in the
project file.... the message you get when saving might not be due to that.

See the Problem Solving > Can't Save a Movie page of my website.

Hello there,

Your problem can correctly arise from a few conditions but first....try
saving the project file without including the full stop or the file
extension.

If this does not work....What's the betting this will appear on someone's
web site :) from an unnamed user???

1) Do you have full administrative rights for both the program AND the
location where you want to save the files?
2) Has someone turned on Quota management for the drive or directory?
3) Not likely I know, Is the drive full?

If none of this helps, please feel free to post a detailed description of
everything that happens after you press the save button.
