Hi!

I am having real problems with windows xp at the moment. It all started when
i was trying to patch a game. It failed. After a long talk with tec suport
they said i had emulater files on my computer, howeverr i have not had these
since a privious instalation of Windows xp home. So i have done a full wipe
of the disk but guess what, when i try and patch the game i still get the
same error, and again it thinks i have emulator software. What is going on?
Why does it think this is hapening? can you help?
(ps game i am talking about= battlefield 2)

Are you trying to run the game solely from the computer, without the game CD
in the tray?

Maybe they are referring to a CD drive emulator.
