Problems with sending e mail

Thats the message u get when i try to send a email

That is not the message you receive. Call your ISP or mail provider on the
telephone and have them walk you through setting up the account. If they
say they don't know (or support) Windows Mail tell them it's just like
Outlook Express.

You have not entered the proper names for the incoming and outgoing
mail servers.

My wife's windows mail gives the same message when she's trying to send mail. I use Eudora on my log in and my email account and it works just fine with the exact same settings. Plus, this issue just popped up all of a sudden after it worked for a while. Any ideas?

This is usually caused by an anti-virus or anti-span program scanning email.
Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also exclude EML
files from the scan. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
Outlook Express and should be uninstalled.
 
I rather doubt that you have the exact same problem.
If you want help, post the exact error message.
