Problems with search bar and pop ups

Every time when i start I.E. for a first time, it allways
open search bar and then flash whole site, and enable any
thing to do. I can only kill it with task manager or ctrl-
alt-del. It has x button for cloasing (killing) but it
doesn't work. I tried allmost everything, but it still
making me problems. please hellp it's going on my nervs.
