Problems with saving the movie on the computer

After I choose Save on this computer I type a name and a location. After that
I choose the setting DV-AVI (PAL) to get AVI and after that I get the message
that Movie Maker wizard cannot save the movie. I check the reasons which are
mentioned there but there are no problems.

Can yoy help me?

I'm able to import a DV PAL video from my camera, after editing however I
can't find in the Save Movie wizard the option to save it as DV PAL, only DV
NTSC.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
