PROBLEMS WITH SAVING PICS FROM ONLINE

I can't seem to save any pictures without them Turning
into an X.

AND WHY CAN'T I SAVE .JPGs instead of . ART

Every jpg says art when I save and only one has shown up
while the others are Xs....
help.
 
Your cache is full. Right-click the browser icon, properties, delete files or within
IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.

Disable the "Use Compressed Graphics" option in the WWW options within AOL. .Art
files are a proprietary format that AOL uses.
