Hi. I'm new to this board and hope that someone can help me. I run XP Pro wth 368mb of RAM and have been using the Quicken programme very successfully for years. I think the probelm started with the last Windows Update but I'm not sure. What happens is this. When I try to open Quicken, I get the following error message " QW.exe Application Error. The instruction at OX73E6827A referenced memory at OX01341OFC. The memory could not be read
I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting etc and that worked for a time. Now, the only way I can get it to work, is boot up, run the installation over the existing installation and the programme opens. But if I close it down and then try to reopen it, I get the error message agian. So I keep it minimised now. Can anyone help me please?
