Problems with Publishing my site to ISP server via Frontpage Services

Hi.

My site www.iic-g.co.uk has been published using the FTP program Filezilla.

However I wanted to create a feedback form and paid our hosting company £25 for Frontpage server extensions.

I think I have to publish via frontpage but I consistently get an error message saying Server Error - the web server at www.iic-g.co.uk doesn't appear to have Sharepoint services installed.

I have taken up this probem is my hosting company Streamline.net but they have been no help.

I have tried using the tests at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324843 but things fail at step 4

Any idea why I can't publish? Is it my ISP?

If I publish a feedback form via FTP will it still work?

Your host appears to not have installed the FPSE or they have not configured them correctly.

My tests indicate they have *not* installed the extensions for your account.
You'll need to contact them.

No, the feedback will not work with FTP. It must be http published to a
site with the FP server extensions.
