Hello. I have a rather large movie I've created in MMW.
I save it as DV-AVI. Burn it with Sonic My DVD. Use DVD -R for max
compatibility.
I play it on one of my DVD players (a recently purchased Toshiba all-in-one
dvd/vhs/tv combo) and it just doesn't play. Shows the first title screen, I
press play, and then it gets all odd and jaggy and freezes.
I dramatically lower the resolution, go through the same process, and the
file plays fine. Of course, it ain't nearly as pretty.
Take the same DVD over to my cheapo Magnovox DVD player, and it plays great.
So-- my question is--what is the BEST of all worlds, most compatible video
format to save to for maximum compatibility with the broadest possible range
of DVD players?
