Recently, I have been experiencing problems with my
Outlook software. After I log on, my Outlook will stop
working (freeze up) after about 5-7 minutes. I must Ctrl /
Alt / Del to close out of Outlook and then re-log on where
the same thing will happen again. When I do click on
Ctrl / Alt / Del, the box comes up that says "Microsoft
Outlook NO RESPONDING.

Also, the calendar portion of the program will not allow
me to view any of the entries I already have on the
calendar nor will it let me add any activities. All
activiites currently on the calendar have a "clock" icon
at the beginning and end of each entry. When I click on a
date / activity, the computer just "runs" (hourglass)
until I Ctrl / Alt / Del to close the program and then re-
start it.

Any ideas for how to correct this problem? Should I re-
install? What back-up procedures should I do to before re-
installing? Any suggestions?

Thanks for your help.

If you have a .pst file try running the Inbox repair tool:
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...port/kb/articles/Q272/2/27.ASP&NoWebContent=1

(Make sure you follow directions and backup your .pst file ahead of
time.)
