Until yesterday outlook express operated as required.
Now I am not receiving new incoming mail and have an
error message that refers to an error number 0x800ccc0f.
When I refer tro the Microsoft.com site for info on this
message number I am told that the possible cause is an
enabled bandwidth throttling on the IIS.
I am told to go to start, then programs, then
Administrative Tools then click on the Internet Services
Manager.
I have XP Professional for Home and when I press Start, I
cannot find Administrative Tools under Programs.
I NEED HELP!
My incoming messages are getting to my Comcast account,
just not to Outlook Express. Outgoing works. THANKS
