In outlook, i have to enter 100 contacts, all with the same basic
information except for the name and e-mail. So i want to create a
"Contact Template".. Here is what i do
create a contact.. enter all data that is relevant.. Then we copy
the contact… I'v tried to just right click and drag down a
little then chose copy, then open it and change the info. Iv tried
to open it and chose action new contact from same company.. I've tried
coping it into another folder changing info then copying back
No matter what I do… All contacts that originated from the Original
get the exact same activities. Notes, appointment. It is really a
Pain to enter same info of contacts over and over, and im sure there
is a away!
