Problems with opening a web page

I can't open certain web pages in my ie, while at the same time on other
comp. with same ie and all i can?!

I don't get it :)
 
I havent found the solution

I try to accsess this page

And it shows me this message

Cannot find server or DNS Error

Tryed "Detect Network Settings", still doesn't work...
