Problems with NIS 2004 email scanning

Hi,
I have just bought NIS 2004 for a new machine with Windows XP home on
it. When sending or receiving emails the email scanner task bar alert or the
scanning indicator does not appear as it used to do in Windows 98 with NAV
2002. I have got all the correct boxes ticked.
Any ideas much appreciated

Go to http://www.declude.com/tools/mailsend.html and send yourself the
eicar test-virus to see if the mail-scanner works.
