I can't see messages that are being sent to me and when I attempt to replay,
it crashes and shuts down.
The second problems is adobe flash player says its installed, but its not

and 3rd, when I go to windows to do an update, I receive a messages that
states that I need to go microsoft/mac for updates, I have a compaq.

Can anyone help me.... I'm ready to pull my hair out!

1.CCleaner - Free
Cleans temporary internet files, cookies, history, recent urls, application
MRUs, etc. ...

If Windows Defender is utilized go to Applications, under Utilities
uncheck "Windows Defender" (so it won't delete the history of WD)

2.SuperAntispyware - Free

There's no updating involved since the scanning engine is updated
several times a day and you simply download the updated scanner whenever
you want to do a scan.
