problems with my video

hello,
i have been having some very interesting problems with my video. i just installed a new motherboard and case, but i have been using my radeon 7500 pci 64 meg video card and when i play things such as visualizations on windows media player the screen becomes really fuzzy. just in certain areas and its mor like static but not much of it. i know my card is fine and my montor is just fine they both work with other computers... is it my windows? is there a compatibility problem?
any help will be appreciated

AJ, try a different ATI driver. I wouldnt use the newer Catalyst drivers.
