Problems with multivalue conditional formatting

I am trying to set up a form that changes the colour of the textboxes with
different criteria:
[Buisness Group]=S- blue
[Buisness Group]=C- Yellow
[Buisness Group]=R or RC - Green
I can get it working for the [Business Group] text box, but if I use
"expression is" for other text boxes, they only work once I exit and then
re-enter the form.
Any ideas how I can update the colours easily?

It doesn't work- I should have said I tried that.
Conditional formatting works for 3 criteria only for a start.
I managed to get criterion 3 as If Field value is between "p" and "s", and
this worked.
However, it does not update other fields automatically when their formatting
is:
expression is [First text box] = between "p" and "s".
That's where the problem comes in.

In other words, I'm trying to update the underlying dataset once I've
changed the first datafield. There seems to be very little easy way of doing
it.

Use the conditional formatting is you are using Access 2000 or higher.
