Problems with Media Player

I use Roxio to download, and recently I have been unable to copy or download.
I had an issue a few weeks ago and had to restore my settings back to a few
months ago, but for some reason, I'm not able to put my homework on a cd-rw,
and I'm not able to download music anymore. If anyone knows how to help me
or where to send me, please resond...Thanks

Do you mean RIP and BURN CDs or are you talking about coping files and
downloading from the internet?

Use ONLY a CD-R for music files, not a CD-RW. You can use Roxio or Nero to
format CD-RWs (packet writing) and then used as an additional harddrive or
storage disk.
