Problems with maximising browser

When i maximise the browser, it does not fill the screen.
In fact it seems to have been set down about an inch of
the screen.

I think it was some strange java script that caused the
window to act like this.

Searching through the forum, i have found the solution
(Thanks sandi - microsoft MVP)

first close down and IE windows:

Then delete the following registary key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft>InternetExplorer>main
