Problems with Kodak Easyshare

I've had a Kodak DX7590 for several months and everything worked well until
recently. When I email pictures they usually will go through ok the first
time, but if I try and email them a second time, the person recieving the
email can't open them. I've tried sending them to myself and the same thing
happens to me. I reinstalled the software and it didn't help. I don't know if
it's a problem with the software, AOL or Windows XP. I do not have SP 2
installed. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this and how to
resolve it?
